We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Neuclo purchase. Items can be returned, exchanged or refunded within 28 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If a refund is payable to you we will refund the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. If a refund cannot be made to the original payment method then a cheque will be raised to the address on the order.
Ques 1: What is the returns period?
Answer: You may cancel and return your products for any reason within 28 days of the day you receive the Product(s). If your product is faulty and you notify us within 28 days of its delivery you will have the option to either select a repair service or refund.If a fault is found after 30 days of your products delivery you should contact us by telephoning 02031378217 and we will, at our discretion, either repair, replace or provide a refund for the product.

Once a refund has been issued you will receive a confirmation email detailing the amount which has been refunded and the item which we have received back.
We aim to process all returns as quickly as possible and you should receive confirmation of this within a week of having returned the item. Please note that if you have been provided with our freepost address that due to the extra time it takes for freepost items to be delivered it may take up to 14 days to receive confirmation of your refund. Please note that at busy times of the year such as public holidays, these times may increase.
