Orders and delivery

We accept orders from addresses in the United Kingdom and abroad. International orders take significantly longer for delivery and may be subject to import/value-added taxes that are beyond our control.

We currently ship to UK based addresses through our website; however, we are able to arrange shipping to other countries at an additional delivery cost. Please contact store@neuclo.com or contact us via our website for more details.

All orders are processed within 2 business days. Shipping times depend on the shipping method available in your region:

Standard Shipping - 3-7 business days for delivery (Subject to stock availability)

Priority Shipping - 1-3 business days for delivery (Subject to stock availability)

Note: These shipping times are merely estimates. While we will try to deliver your order as quickly as possible, please note that orders placed during promotional periods and special events may require longer shipping times.

Returns and exchanges

We understand that occasionally you may change your mind or want to return an item to us. If you wish to return it to us, please send our customer service team an email: support@neuclo.com within 14 days of delivery in its original condition e.g. kept in the original packaging, undamaged and unused.

*Please note that we are not able to cover the cost of returns postage. When you return the items back, please make sure you include a note with your order number, name and the reason for return.

We understand that everyone’s choices are different. If you have opened and used your product, then we are not able to change it for another product or offer a refund.

Once your goods have been returned to us, we will check to make sure that they meet the returns guidelines and then process your refund. Please note that all refunds will go back to the original payment method used.

Please allow up to 10 days from the day we received the item for the refund to be received into your account. The length of time for the refund is also dependant on how long it takes your bank to process the payment.

*To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We are unable to offer an exchange of item or items once your order has been despatched, but providing that the returns guidelines have been met, we will refund you for any returned goods, and then you can purchase your chosen item.

For orders that have not a despatch confirmation email from our warehouse yet, please contact us at support@neuclo.com and we will endeavour to amend your order as quickly as we can.

If your order has been processed by the time we receive your request, we will not be able to amend your order. Please note that our warehouse staff do not operate outside of our office hours and therefore your order may have been processed by the time the request is reviewed.
